There is street parking available in front of my business and there is an additional parking lot if needed.

Clean Up After Yourself: Leave the space as you found it. Dispose of trash, return props, and tidy up any equipment or furniture used. No Smoking: Smoking, vaping, or use of any tobacco products is strictly prohibited inside the building and near entrances. Respect the Equipment: Any studio equipment (lights, backdrops, props, etc.) must be handled with care. Please report any damage immediately. No Unauthorized Guests: Only individuals involved in your session are allowed in the studio. No large gatherings or parties unless previously approved. Keep Noise Levels Respectful: Be mindful of noise levels, especially in common areas, as other sessions or businesses may be operating nearby. No Open Flames or Hazardous Materials: Candles, sparklers, or any flammable materials are not allowed in the studio for safety reasons. Use of Glitter or Confetti: If you plan to use glitter, confetti, or similar materials, please get prior approval and ensure thorough clean-up afterward. Respect Studio Time: Please arrive and leave on time. Additional time will be charged if sessions run over the booked period. Pets Allowed with Permission: Pets are welcome for shoots but must be approved in advance. Owners are responsible for cleaning up after them. Security Cameras in Use: For everyone’s safety, security cameras are located in the hallways and outside the building. Please respect the space accordingly. Food & Drink: Light snacks and drinks are allowed, but please keep them away from equipment and props. Clean up any spills immediately. Damage Liability: You are responsible for any damage caused to the studio, equipment, or property during your rental time. Leave Personal Belongings at Your Own Risk: Darby Doll Photography is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal items.
