General Rules
House Rules:
🚭 No smoking inside or around the building.
🔇 No loud music or noise after 9 PM.
🥗 Outside catering is allowed, but only if it’s vegetarian.
🌱 Only vegetarian food is permitted on the property.
🍷 Excessive alcohol consumption is not allowed.
🎶 Reasonable sound levels are accepted; no very loud music or noises.

A charming natural and rustic venue with a warm, homely feel. Cleaning is thoughtfully carried out to align with nature-friendly practices and tailored to each booking to ensure a fresh, welcoming space for every guest.
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
