With 14 foot ceiling, oversized windows, food prep. Whatās Included? ā Spacious private studio with beautiful natural light ā ā Tables & chairs for flexible setups ā Backdrop stands for professional photography & video (photo shoot only) ā Cozy lounge area for a relaxed atmosphere ā High ceilings & industrial loft Cleaning Fee Policy: A flat $25 cleaning fee is applied to all bookings. This covers: ā¢ Light sanitation between events ā¢ Waste removal from designated trash areas ā¢ Resetting the space to its original condition Guests are simply asked to tidy up and place trash in the provided bins ā no deep cleaning is expected. This fee helps us keep the space fresh, comfortable, and ready for every guest. Natural Light vs. Comfort Notice On extremely hot days, blinds may remain closed during your booking to keep the space comfortable and safe for guests and equipment. Air conditioning will be on. If youād like to open the blinds for photo purposes, please let us know ā weāre happy to accommodate when possible.

After each booking, the space is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized, focusing on high-touch surfaces, using eco-friendly and professional-grade cleaning products to ensure a fresh and welcoming atmosphere.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
