The enclosed room has a variety of gym equipment including stability ball, bosu ball, pull up bar, vibration plate, resistance bands, weights and gliders. Recently installed a pole for Ariel dancing . I currently broadcast daily from this space each morning 5:45 am so it is available day, evening and weekends.
