Excellent banquet room for events or meeting space with large wood dance floor, disco ball, round tables that seat 8, option for rectangular tables with chairs, entry foyer, fully stocked bar, large kitchen. Event space easily accommodates 250. Located on quiet street with adjacent parking for 100 cars.

General Rules
Non smoking building. In-house caterer and bartender (no outside food/beverages allowed). Perfect for dinner dances and parties. Guests must be of legal age to drink.
All ages are allowed in the space
Security cameras and recording devices
Inside clubhouse interior common areas only. Off when occupied.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Enhanced cleaning measures:
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
