Here’s a quick overview of the steps we take to ensure the space is fresh and ready for your photoshoot: 1. Thorough Reset – After each session, we carefully reset the space, returning all furniture, décor, and props to their original places. 2. Surface Cleaning – We disinfect all high-touch areas, including countertops, tables, light switches, and door handles, to ensure a germ-free environment. 3. Floor Care – We sweep and vacuum high-traffic areas, ensuring the floors are spotless. Any visible spills or dirt are promptly cleaned up. 4. Linen and Prop Care – Any linens, blankets, or props used during the session are washed and sanitized, ready for the next guest. 5. Fresh Atmosphere – We ensure the space is airy and inviting, often watering plants and lightly refreshing the scent of the studio. We want your experience to be as seamless as possible, and this cleaning routine helps maintain the warm, neutral, and spotless environment that our guests love!
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
