Our base price includes two high-quality RØDE PodMics and the powerful RODECaster Pro II, giving you professional-grade audio. Rent the studio alone for voice-only podcasts production, or choose the ADD-ON to upgrade to our all-inclusive package with professional gear, a 3-camera setup and lights – walk out with a fully recorded video podcast on a drive. MORE than just a space, we're your partner in podcasting success. Located in the heart of Mt. Pleasant, our studio offers easy access by sky train and bus. Nestled amidst modern office buildings, the neighbourhood is safe, clean, and brimming with creative energy! For your comfort and convenience, we have a dedicated Hair, Makeup, and Changing Area available. Nature Lighting description: - Exposure: Large window panels facing west, offering beautiful warm afternoon sunlight ideal for capturing specific moods and tones. - Control: We currently have 3% light-filtering blinds available to adjust the intensity of natural light as needed. ____________________ ❕❕ IMPORTANT NOTE IMPORTANT - DATA STORAGE: - Please bring your own micro SD cards and hard drives to save your recordings data immediately after your shoot. - Keep data transfer time in mind when booking. We do not offer complimentary 10-15 minute extensions for last-minute data transfers. - For the 3-camera setup, please bring three (3) appropriate SD cards and hard drives. We do not provide data storage media. - For the safety of our guests and property, security cameras operate 24/7. Guests may request to activate Privacy Mode for the cameras. In such cases, a studio representative must be present on-site and will remain in a closed office. - Sizes: * Full Studio = 2000 sqft. * Podcast Set ~ 400 sqft - Late Bookings: To ensure proper scheduling, an additional $20/h fee applies to reservations made within 24 hours of your desired booking time. - Calendar Rate: Mon-Fri (5:00 PM - 9:00 AM) & Sat-Sun (all-day): additional $20/h - Admin & Cleaning Fee: • Production: $49 [Flat per booking fee]

We'll be adding blackout blinds soon for complete light control, allowing you to achieve various lighting effects. - Brightest Times: The studio receives the most natural light in the afternoon hours, thanks to the west-facing window. There's minimal traffic and public transportation noise. - Location Advantage: Despite being conveniently located just a 5-minute walk from bus stops and SkyTrain stations, the studio itself is on a peaceful, residential-like street. - Climate Control: We have a silent, built-in ventilation system for the entire building, ensuring fresh air circulation without any noise from the system itself. Equipment loading description

Seamless Equipment Loading - Loading Zone: We have a designated loading zone for your convenience. However, to ensure a smooth process, it's always best to contact us beforehand with details about any large props or equipment you plan to bring. This allows us to provide specific guidance and ensure everything fits comfortably through the entrance and elevator. - Large Trucks: If you're considering using a large loading truck, please inquire with us in advance. We can discuss the logistics and provide any necessary information to facilitate the process. Why We Recommend Contacting Us: While we have a loading zone and accessible entry, understanding your specific equipment needs beforehand allows us to: -Offer tailored advice on the most efficient loading approach. - Confirm if your equipment fits comfortably through the entrance and elevator. - Assist with any additional arrangements necessary for a smooth loading experience.

Hair, Makeup & Changing Area: We do have a dedicated Hair, Makeup, and Changing Area available. It provides privacy and enough space for wardrobe changes, makeup application, and general preparation. Flexible Seating Options: For additional seating and waiting areas, we offer up to 6 Foldable chairs

Electrical system description

Circuit Breaker Access: For safety reasons, the circuit breaker is located in a locked area. However, production crews can access it with our prior consent. In the event of a tripped breaker, please notify us immediately. We'll be happy to assist you in resetting it, if appropriate. Electrical System Details: - Main Electrical Box: The main electrical box is located next to the Infinite White Cyclorama for easy access by our staff. - Outlets: We have approximately 5 outlets conveniently spread throughout the studio to provide flexibility for your equipment setup.

However, exceptions may be made with prior approval from host - Footwear Care: To protect our Cyclorama from scuffs and marks, please remove your shoes before walking on it - Age Restrictions: Users has to be 18 years old or legally permitted to enter a binding contract to use/enter the studio - Minors: For minors (under 18) accessing the studio, a parent or guardian must be present on set at all times - Consumption of food and beverages may only occur in the designated food services area, not on carpets, cyclorama. - You need to let us know if you're bringing your own Gears & Equipments! - Moving Furnitures: Grounded items can be move, stage freely, fixed articles (Vintage Books, Wall Hanging) CAN NOT! - STRICTLY NO holding of equipments and belongings in lobby and common area of the building

Arranging the Space for Your Needs - You're welcome to move any GROUNDED furniture around within the studio space to create your ideal setup. However, we kindly request that you let us know beforehand so we can be available to assist if needed. This will help ensure minimal risk of damage to the furniture or the studio itself. - Removing furniture from the building is not permitted. Wall Décor/Book Shelf Adjustments: While we strive to offer a flexible space, some wall decorations may be permanent fixtures. Requesting Décor Movement: If you need to move any WALL & BOOK SHELVES decorations, please let us know in advance. We'll do our best to accommodate your request based on the specific décor piece and its installation. Unfortunately, we can't guarantee that all decorations can be moved.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
