It has neutral tones making it a flexible place to film as well as great props and furniture.This studio is used by fashion brands with millions of followers to produce social media content and campaigns making it an ideal place to market products. It has a retail shopping park nearby making it a convenient place to be as food and anything needed for DIY is only a 2 minute walk. It is also a 5 minute walk from the central line. -This studio has air conditioning. -Studio also has a small wardrobe room on the side for people to get changed in. -We have our facilities cleaned regularly. -Free WiFi

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
We have a cleaner who comes in 2-3 times a week to keep our space sanitary and clean. She usually disinfects much of our space and areas with frequent contact.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
