South Broadway Boutique Industrial Warehouse Space

We are a warehouse space with a large event room/production room that comes with a stage that can fit up to a 10 piece band and about 100 people in the audience. We also have a lounge connected to the stage area for others to relax and hang out with a hi-fi stereo system. We’ve hosted comedy shows, album release parties, variety shows, dance choreography, and get about 30% of the Red Rocks season come through before they perform at Red Rocks.
