Our event space is ideal for birthday parties, bridal/baby showers, family gatherings, and more. Tables and chairs are available for up to 80 guests. The kitchen and living room are available and are included with the event space. We do lock the bedroom doors for daytime events to keep our bedding clean. There are also two bathrooms available (a full bathroom and a half bathroom).

We utilize professional cleaners that turn our short term rentals on a daily basis. We do a full cleaning in between groups to ensure the space is ready for our next guests.
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
