Designed with vintage charm and authentic tiki décor, our space offers a one-of-a-kind experience for photo and film shoots, small meetings, off-sites, or private parties for up to 50 guests. The Space: 🌴 The Tiki Room – A vibrant and atmospheric space featuring a full bar with two separate stations, perfect for serving up handcrafted cocktails or transforming into a DJ booth. A projector and screen allow for movie nights, presentations, or custom visuals to set the mood. 🛋️ The Living Room Lounge – A cozy yet stylish area with ample seating, perfect for casual gatherings, dining, or a creative workspace. The adjacent kitchen is available for use, making it easy to entertain and prepare meals. 🌞 The Outdoor Escape – Inspired by the iconic Palm Springs aesthetic, our backyard features a covered patio with comfortable seating, a spacious lawn, and an 8-foot amoeba-shaped pool. Surrounding the space are historic tiki carvings from Albert’s Tiki Village, a beloved Sacramento bar of the past. General Rules ✅ Respect the Space – Please treat our home and décor with care. Many items are vintage and irreplaceable. ✅ Guest Limit – Maximum 50 guests allowed. Please do not exceed this number without prior approval. ✅ Age Limit – 12+ unless approved otherwise Noise & Music 🔇 Quiet Hours – Outdoor noise should be kept at a respectful level after 8 PM in consideration of our neighbors. 🔊 Wireless Music Control – Our Bose sound system allows for Spotify-controlled music. Please keep volume at a reasonable level. 🚫 No Outside Speakers – Please do not bring additional sound equipment without prior approval. Pool & Outdoor Area 🏊 Swim at Your Own Risk – No lifeguard on duty. Guests are responsible for their own safety. 👶 Children Must Be Supervised – If children are present, they must be monitored at all times. 🚭 No Glass in the Pool Area – Plastic cups will be provided for outdoor use. ⛱️ Furniture & Equipment – Please return outdoor furniture to its original location after use. 🐾 No Pets – Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in the space unless pre-approved. Food & Beverages 🍽️ Kitchen Use – The kitchen is available for food prep and serving. Please clean up after use. 🔥 Grill & Griddle Use – If using the Weber grill or Blackstone griddle, please follow all safety precautions and clean up afterward. 🍹 Outside Alcohol Allowed – Guests may bring their own alcohol, but excessive intoxication or irresponsible behavior will not be tolerated. Filming & Photography 📸 Photo/Video Shoots – Commercial shoots must be disclosed in advance. 🎥 Equipment Setup – Please be mindful of space limitations when setting up equipment. 🚫 No Unauthorized Live Streaming – Streaming events live is not permitted without approval. Cleaning & Damages 🧼 Leave It As You Found It – Please clean up after yourself and place trash in designated bins. 💸 Damages – Any damage to the property or furnishings must be reported immediately. Guests will be held responsible for repair or replacement costs. Prohibited Activities 🚭 No Smoking Indoors – Smoking is only allowed in designated outdoor areas. 🔥 No Open Flames – Candles, fire pits, or any open flames are not allowed. 🚫 No Illegal Substances – Any illegal activity is strictly prohibited. ❌ No Unauthorized Parties – No large-scale events, raves, or disruptive gatherings. Check-In & Check-Out 🔑 Key & Entry Code – If applicable, do not share the entry code with unauthorized guests. By booking this space, you agree to abide by these rules. Here’s what we do to keep everything in top shape: 🏝 Tiki Room Cleaning ✅ Surfaces Sanitized – Tables, countertops, and any high-touch areas are wiped down and disinfected after each booking. ✅ Floors & Seating Refreshed – The floor is swept and mopped, and furniture is checked and wiped down for cleanliness. ✅ Decor & Amenities Maintained – We inspect and dust decor items to keep the island vibes fresh and welcoming. 🍽 Kitchen Cleaning ✅ Countertops & Appliances Sanitized – We thoroughly clean and disinfect all surfaces, including the fridge, microwave, and stovetop (if used). ✅ Dishes & Utensils Washed – Any provided dishware is washed and stored properly for the next guests. ✅ Trash Removed – All trash bins are emptied, and new liners are placed to keep the area odor-free. 🌿 Outdoor Space Cleaning ✅ Patio & Seating Refreshed – Chairs, loungers, and tables are wiped down and arranged neatly for a welcoming setup. ✅ BBQ & Griddle Maintained – The grill and griddle are cleaned after each use to ensure they’re ready for cooking. ✅ Trash & Debris Cleared – We empty trash bins and remove any leaves or outdoor debris for a tidy environment. 🏊‍♂️ Pool Cleaning ✅ Daily Skimming & Debris Removal – We skim the pool and check for any floating leaves or debris. ✅ Water Quality Checked – The pH, chlorine, and alkalinity levels are tested and adjusted as needed for crystal-clear water. ✅ Poolside Area Wiped Down – Pool chairs, tables, and surfaces are cleaned and arranged after each visit. Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
