Perched on 45 foot high cliffs overlooking the Pacific Ocean, the house has birds-eye views of the ocean and a nearby cove. Most of the ocean view doesn't see any other homes. Almost every room has an ocean view. Set on 8 acres. The western 2 acres include grassy areas with many evergreen trees. Very private! Great setting for small retreats and filming for an upscale residence with top ocean views.

Cancellation Policy
Standard 90 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
