About the Space
Located in Lewisville, our club room offers the ideal space for meetings, team events, and parties. INCLUDED IN YOUR BOOKING: - Seating for up to 22 - 3 Round tables with 4 chairs each - Shuffleboard - Foosball - Fireplace - Kitchen equipped with sink, mini refrigerator, stove, and microwave - TV for presentations (No streaming) - Wi-Fi **TV can only be used for presentations; it does not have cable or streaming capabilities. Guests must bring their own HDMI cord to connect their laptop to the TV** Hosts are allowed to bring in their own food/ drinks. No food services are provided onsite. Pets, confetti, amplified music (DJ, karaoke, etc.) and smoking are not permitted in the space at any time. Please note that all set up and clean time should be included in your reservation time. Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
