Close to Grocery, restaurants, coffee, shopping, golf, expressways ,Metra train, Fashion Outlet Mall, Oakbrook shopping and Woodfield mall. Great space for small gatherings and showers. **note - no large parties/gatherings allowed. Limit to 25 people prior approval is required. **Quiet time starts at 11pm- for outdoor activities There is electrical unit close by for any plug ins. There is a fire pit area also accessible to guests.

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
