Photo Studio Rules Booking & Time Management Sessions must start and end on time. Arrive early to maximize your booking. Overtime will be charged accordingly if the session exceeds the booked time. Studio Care & Cleanliness Handle all props, furniture, and décor with care. No shoes on fabric backdrops or furniture unless covered with shoe protectors. Clean up after your session—return props to their original positions and dispose of trash properly. Floral & Fabric Décor Do not rearrange or remove floral decorations and draped fabrics without prior permission. Be gentle with fragile floral arrangements to avoid damage. Equipment & Props Studio lighting, backdrops, and props are available for use but must be handled properly. Report any damages immediately; any intentional damage may incur a replacement fee. Food & Drinks Light snacks and drinks are allowed but must be kept away from furniture and props. No alcohol or smoking is permitted inside the studio. Respect & Noise Levels Please be mindful of noise levels to maintain a professional environment. Be respectful of other bookings and studio staff. Cancellations & Rescheduling Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 7 days in advance. No-shows or last-minute cancellations may be subject to fees.
