Sanitization: We use high-grade disinfectants on all frequently touched surfaces, including door handles, light switches, and restrooms. This ensures that every part of the venue is sanitized between events. Restroom Hygiene: Restrooms are stocked with necessary supplies and cleaned regularly throughout the event. Our staff ensures that they are tidy and sanitary for your guests' convenience. Air Quality: We maintain a clean air environment by regularly changing air filters and ensuring that the space is well-ventilated. Post-Event Cleaning: After each event, we conduct a thorough post-event cleaning to prepare the space for the next booking, ensuring all areas are in top condition for each new guest. Your peace of mind is important to us, and we go above and beyond to maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming space for every event.
Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
