Guests are solely responsible for any damages caused to the conference room, its equipment, furniture, fixtures, or any other property within the premises during the after-hours use. I hereby indemnify and hold harmless Avenu Properties Corp., c/o Jones Lang LaSalle Real Estate Services Inc., its officers, employees, and representatives from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses resulting from or related to any occurrence during my use of the Tenant Lounge and/or multi-purpose rooms after regular business hours. Guests comply with all applicable building rules, policies, and regulations during the after-hours use of the multi-purpose room. This includes but is not limited to noise restrictions, cleanliness, and adherence to health and safety protocols. Avenu Properties Corp., c/o Jones Lang LaSalle Real Estate Services Inc is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged property belonging to users of the facility, and shall not assume any responsibility for personal injury, which may occur during the use of the facility. All materials belonging to the guest must be removed from the space at the end of the event. Guests are responsible for the actions and compliance of all vendors, visitors and service personnel to these Rules and Regulations for use of the space. Guests may not make alterations or remodel any of the Tenant Lounge’s furniture or equipment.
