About the Space
The Bookmatters bookstore in charming, historic Milford, Ohio, offers a versatile and inviting space perfect for events of all kinds. With a cozy loft, open area, and a private room that can be closed off, the space is ideal for groups of 35 or fewer. Whether you're hosting a bridal shower, birthday party, book club meeting, or author event, you'll find plenty of tables and chairs, free Wi-Fi, and a sound system for audio needs. Rental pricing varies based on time, day of the week, and number of attendees. We work with several local vendors for catering, but guests are welcome to bring in their own vendors as well. Plus, the bookstore is located in Downtown Milford, a DORA (Designated Outdoor Refreshment Area), where guests can enjoy drinks while exploring local shops, bars, and restaurants nearby.

Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
