To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests, please adhere to the following rules: No Smoking: Smoking, including vaping, is strictly prohibited inside the premises. Designated smoking areas are available outside; please use the provided receptacles for disposal. No Unlicensed Firearms: Possession of firearms without proper licensing is not permitted on the property. No Alcohol: The consumption, sale, or distribution of alcoholic beverages is not allowed on the premises. No Parties: Social gatherings classified as parties are not permitted. The space is intended for professional events such as meetings, workshops, and productions. Insurance Requirement: Guests must provide proof of valid event insurance prior to the booking date, covering property damage and liability for the event duration. No Loud or Disruptive Behavior: Activities causing excessive noise or disruption are not allowed. Please be considerate of other guests and neighbors. Filming Restrictions: Filming is limited to the property. Off-property filming requires appropriate zoning and licensing; unauthorized off-property filming may result in significant fines, which will be the renter's responsibility. Capacity Limits: The venue accommodates up to 150 guests. Exceeding this limit is prohibited and may lead to event termination. Parking: On-site parking is available for up to 10 vehicles. Parking in unauthorized areas or on neighboring properties is not allowed. Supervision of Minors: Children under 18 must be supervised at all times. The venue is not responsible for unattended children. Prohibited Items: Illegal substances, fireworks, and hazardous materials are strictly forbidden on the premises. Decorations and Alterations: Major alterations or set designs must be discussed with the event space scheduling team to ensure safety and compliance. Compliance with Laws: Renters must adhere to all applicable city, county, state, and federal laws. Conducting illegal activities on the premises is strictly prohibited. Cleaning and Damages: Renters are responsible for leaving the space clean and orderly. This includes removing personal items, decorations, and materials brought into the venue. All trash must be collected, bagged, and disposed of in designated on-site dumpsters. The kitchen and bathrooms should be cleaned, and any venue chairs and tables used must be returned to their designated storage areas. Failure to comply may result in additional fees. Event Timing: All events must conclude by 10:00 PM to comply with local noise ordinances. Pets: Animals are not allowed on the premises, except for ADA-compliant service animals, unless prior written consent is obtained. Cleaning Fee: A $75 cleaning fee applies to all bookings, covering standard maintenance such as trash removal and light cleaning. This fee is not included in the hourly rental rate. Outside Food: Guests may bring outside food but are responsible for proper disposal of food-related trash and prompt cleanup of spills to maintain the facility's cleanliness. These policies are in place to maintain a secure and comfortable environment for everyone. Non-compliance may result in immediate removal from the property, forfeiture of deposits, and potential legal action. Guests will not have access to the back management office spaces.
