We offer a creative space for artists and working professionals for small gatherings, meetings, photography, live streaming, podcasting, video shooting, and other work shops.ents. Whats included in the rental: 2 L Spaced sofas Long table with seating for 8 Projector Pioneer Rev9 Dj Controller EV 15" Speaker Bench seating for 2-3 persons Full size mirror We are open to small intimate events, preferably Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays. Room is about 500 sq ft, you can combine the space with rooms on the property. Total size available is about 1900 square feet. Ceilings are 9' 6" tall

The space is cleaned before every booking. Please note we do have paint splatter on the floor that is hard to remove.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
