Large studio with three conference rooms and small kitchen

Beautiful open space in Dumbo - Over looks the Manhattan bridge. Tons of restaurants, groceries, bars and neighborhood haunts nearby. The space is a large 2500 sq ft space with three conference rooms, a kitchen, and a small photo studio. During the work week it's a studio for a digital agency (m-thursday, 10-6). The Kitchen is a full kitchen with dishwasher, espresso machine, toaster oven, air fryer and slushie machine. There is a sitting area with a pool table, area with a large eating table for shared meals and a working area with desks. The large conference room has a large table that seats 14 with a projector connected to a computer. A second conference room has a large L couch with a TV with airplay. The Third conference room is smaller and great for breakouts with 3-4 people. It works great for workshops, classes, and larger get togethers. We've also had panels with an audience of 60-80 people comfortably.
