Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
-Gather used bathroom towels and place them in the laundry areas -All pool towels used must be washed and dried. - Leave the hot tub on and plugged in and close the lid completely. - Make sure there is nothing inside the pool (example: pool toys) - Close the pool cover completely. - Place the blue pool cover pump ON TOP of the pool cover. Make sure it is plugged into the power outlet. - If moved please return all pool furniture to rightful locations. - If the Flatstone BBQ was used please make sure it was cleaned thoroughly and the cover replaced. - Wipe down all outdoor tables and countertops. - Please make sure the lock on the outdoor chest freezer is closed securely. Bag all trash and throw away all trash in the trash bins at the front of the driveway. If trash is left there is a $50 extra charge. ● -If you are checking out on Sunday trash cans need to be brought out to the road. Clean out and remove all food from the fridge. Clean Dishes and start the dishwasher. *** $75 fee will be added for any dirty dishes left in the sink. Turn off all lights. Set Thermostat to 72 degrees. Lock up all exterior doors
Cancellation Policy
Standard 90 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 14 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
