1. No Drugs Policy: The use or possession of illegal drugs is strictly forbidden on the property. Enforcement: Cameras will monitor the event. If drug use or possession is observed in the footage, penalties will be applied, and law enforcement may be notified. Penalty: A $500 penalty will be assessed for any violations, and the event may be terminated immediately. 2. No Smoking Policy: Smoking is strictly prohibited INSIDE the premises. Enforcement: Cameras will monitor the premises for smoking activity inside. If smoking is observed in the footage, cleaning fees will be applied post-event. Penalty: A cleaning fee of $300 will be charged to cover deodorizing and cleaning costs. 3. No Pets Policy: Pets are not allowed inside the venue 4. Food and Beverage Policy: External catering is permitted. Home cooked meals are always welcomed making sure to provide your own sterno cans for heating food. (no kitchen in provided) Professional Caterers: Allowed if the caterer provides proof of liability insurance and adheres to health and safety regulations. Commercially Prepared Food: Pre-packaged or commercially prepared food from establishments like Publix or chain restaurants is permitted, provided it does not require on-site cooking or kitchen use. 5. Setup and Breakdown Time Policy: Your total booked time is for setup AND breakdown. However, guests will have a free hour BEFORE the event to make sure everything is in place and ready to go. For example, if the event is booked from 12 PM to 4 PM, The venue will be open at 11am (one free hour) prior to setup and then rest of the time should be guided by the event coordinator to make sure actual event starts on time and ends on time. - Extra time can be added for $100 (additional time goes by the hour.) You cannot try to add on 30 min or 45 min. The full hour must be added. - Footage will be reviewed post-event to ensure compliance. - the amount of chairs originally requested will be already setup with chair covers as well as the amount of tables requested 6. Decoration Instructions Policy: Decorations must not damage the venue (e.g., no nails, staples, or tape that leaves residue). Candles are welcomed as long as they are being monitored Enforcement: Cameras will monitor decorations during the event, and staff will inspect before and after the event. Violations observed on footage or during inspection will result in penalties. Penalty: A $200 fee will be charged for damages caused by unapproved decorations or for violating this policy. 7.Damage and Repair Policy: Guests are liable for any damages to the venue caused during the event, including damages from decorations, equipment, or attendee actions. Enforcement: Cameras will document any incidents during the event, and a post-event inspection will confirm damages. Penalty: Repair costs will be invoiced to the client, with a minimum fee of $200 for minor damages.
