About the Space
A Midcentury Modern gem on 4 acres right off the highway. 45 minutes from Chicago. Secluded and serene and perfect for your production! This house was built in 1957 by an architect as his own home. It is situated on the Des Plaines River in such a way that the sun floods in in the winter for warmth. We are the 3rd owners and the home is very much in its original state with the exception of some modern updated amenities. There is a creek that runs around the property and 2 open pastures on the 4 acres of land. We work in the film industry and understand what it means to have a production in our home. We have a production motorhome available for additional space for hair, makeup and wardrobe. We are friendly with neighbors and are happy to assist with finding additional parking and staging opportunities in the area. Please reach out with any questions!

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
