Make some memories at this unique and family-friendly space. This home is loaded with outdoor amenities all ages can enjoy. Outdoor amenities include large pool with pool slide, hot tub, 2 bars, golfing, full court basketball court, large picnic shed with picnic tables, 2 grills, kids playground, lounge chairs, fire pit, outdoor stone seating, and Backyard human Foosball court. Parking for approximately 40 Cars. We have parking designated area in the front of the property. Absolutely NO street parking
General Rules
No smoking, No drugs, no hookah. Previous guests had ruin our deck with hot ashes. Please no ticket sales for the safety of our property. Great for intimate parties and family reunions
All ages are allowed in the space
Security cameras and recording devices
We have total 7 security cameras. 2 Facing the front of the property, 3 facing the rear of the property, 1 facing the mini golf area
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
We clean and disinfect home between each guests. This includes kitchen area and bathroom
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

- Hand Sanitizer
