Brand new, cutting-edge, multi-use event space is designed to accommodate meetings for as few as five people and events for up to approximately 250 attendees. Located in the heart of Donelson, minutes from the airport and 5 miles to downtown. The main room features state-of-the-art AV systems, including projectors, handheld microphones, and AI tracking cameras, perfect for recording or live-streaming events online. Whether you're organizing a training session, wedding reception, seminar, or corporate dinner, our versatile facilities cater to a wide range of needs. Stage, podium, long tables, round tables, a removeable dance floor...we have most needs met. We offer a high-end atmosphere at a competitive price, with the flexibility to choose your beverage and catering options. Say goodbye to exorbitant hotel-mandated prices for food, beverage, and parking. Additionally, depending on availability, we have 20 high-end condos on-site for your guests convenience to rent.

- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
- Space has access to outdoor air ventilation
