Historic Building in Downtown Franklin

Our space is located in a historic building known as The Factory. Building 2 spans about 27,000 square feet across two floors. We've carefully preserved the building's charm with single-pane windows and exposed brick, while blending in sleek, modern fixtures and furniture for a sophisticated atmosphere. We offer five conference rooms of various sizes, accommodating groups from 2 to 30 people. Each room is fully equipped with Clickshare, TVs, whiteboards, Wi-Fi, and other office supplies to ensure your meetings run smoothly. The rooms feature glass exteriors, filling the space with natural light, and we also provide curtains for privacy when needed.
