About the Space

After creating and growing video podcasts for some of the biggest brands on Earth (This Past Weekend with Theo Von, Cartier, SiriusXM, Bussin' With The Boys, Off The Vine with Kaitlyn Bristowe, Net Positive with John Crist, and more), we have opened up our studio to the public. Welcome to Lagos Creative! Whether you're an expert or it's your first time, come record a video podcast, social media content, or other creative projects in our state-of-the-art studio. Whatever your vibe, we have something just for you. Studio Rental includes the following: - On-site producer to manage all audio/video production, as needed - Exclusive access to our studio space - 4 Microphones - 4 Cameras - Studio Lighting Set Options: - Fireside: Kick back and relax on a set that's fit for any chat. (1-3 people) - Pro Table: A professional look for professional podcasters. (1-4 people) - Cozy Corner: Cuddle up for the comfiest conversation of your life. (1-2 people) Branding Opportunities: Our studio is designed to bring a custom feel to your content with branding opportunities on our in-studio monitors and bookshelves as well as a full range of uplighting colors to choose from. Parking description

Our studio is located on the top floor of the InDo Nashville building. There is free parking in front of and behind the building as well as on the street. There is also a paid parking lot next to our location.

General Rules

- No smoking in the building. - All studio equipment and studio furniture will be handled by our studio staff only. - Customers are expected to respect the studio space, equipment, and staff. - Any damage to equipment or facilities caused by a customer or their guest will be the customer’s financial responsibility.

All ages are allowed in the space

Furniture and decorations may be moved

- Furniture may be moved, but only by, and at the discretion of, Lagos Creative staff. - Wall decorations may be removed, but only by, and at the discretion of, Lagos Creative staff.

No smoke machines allowed

No nudity allowed

Security cameras and recording devices

There are security cameras on the outdoor perimeter of the building, and there is a security camera inside our studio. All cameras are active 24/7 for the security of our customers.

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures

We take health and safety very seriously, so we always clean and disinfect the studio between each session to ensure that our guests can enjoy their time in our space with the peace of mind that they are in a safe environment.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
