About the Space
Conveniently located in the heart of Philadelphia, Yellow Bicycle Theater is an ideal venue for photo and video shoots, parties, performances, screenings, workshops, meetings and much more. The equipment is controlled by a Mac Mini M2 in the tech booth via QLab, Apple Shortcuts and Open OBS for a seamless and intuitive experience. Guests can also connect their laptop to the speakers and projector via Bluetooth and HDMI. 50-SEAT THEATER - 34 plush folding theater seats on risers and up to two rows of stacking chairs at floor level for a total of 50 seats - Stage dimensions: 17’ x 19’ with three exits: upstage left, upstage right, and downstage right - Dimmable stage lighting: 12 PAR cans (120 W) on 10 channels plus 3 color LED PARs and 12 LED work lights - Benq 1080p DLP projector and 120″ screen. Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space. Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol. Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances. Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable. Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 90 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 14 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
