This space is a true event oasis! It's nestled in the heart of East Williamsburg's art community. It's located on the 2nd floor of a two story building. This allows you to have complete privacy for your event. It is the definition of if you know you know! The loft is a complete open space, so you have the opportunity to interact with all of your guests. No one is left out! The space comes equipped with seating for up to 65 people (Tables and Clear Chiavari Chairs) Bluetooth/DJ compatible speakers. If you choose to book a DJ, they don't have to worry about schlepping speakers! There's a 4 ft. bar area and 80qt. cooler (this cooler holds 80lbs of ice). We have an 8 foot food table with 6 stainless steel chafing dishes. Last but certainly not least, the space comes equipped with two unisex bathrooms, uplighting, table linen, free wifi and a private outdoor patio!

Health and Safety Measures
The space must be returned the way it was given to the client. All trash must be placed in the proper bins, and all balloons must be popped and thrown away at the end of each event. Any items on the floor must be swept up. The space receives a deep cleaning after each event from a professional cleaning service. There is an attendant present at each event to monitor garbage and spills. The garbage is handled by the staff in order to ensure waste is properly disposed.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
