About the Space
Our gym is fully equipped for a myriad of training options. Boxing, Hiit, strength, cardio. with boxing bags, free weights, barbells to itemise some of the equipment, the floor has padded areas, mirrors, yoga mats and more. We use it for boxing fitness activities but there is scope to do as you require. The space has a floor to ceiling mirror on one wall. Fully integrated sound system. Two toilets one with disability access, kitchenette as well. There are storage cubes to hold items, body scanning machine that can be made available. Our space is unique with its variety of equipment, and its large space in the centre of the gym that can be used for any fitness activity you like. We offer deals to have access to the space while our members are possibly training. And deals to have exclusive access to the space.

Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
