One parking is included for your stay and it's located just around the corner behind N Front St on Callowhill Ave. Please park only in the space labeled B, as the other spots are reserved for our other guests. If you are traveling with more than one car, street parking is available but please be mindful of the signs. Most spots are timed for 1-2 hours and over staying may result in a ticket.

HOUSE RULES 1) No smoking inside the house of any kind. -$500 fine if detected. 2)We are not accepting reservations from local residents at this time, we reserve the right to immediately cancel any reservations from local resident. 3)No more than the number of guests booked ON PREMISE at any time: $200 fine per person if detected. 4)Please remove shoes 5)Quiet hours from 9pm to 8am(50 decibels). i) We use smart home technology to improve your experience. NoiseAware is a smart home device that measures volume levels throughout the property, and allows us to respond to noise nuisances without disrupting your stay. NoiseAware is privacy compliant and is required on this property If our exterior ring cameras and/or noise monitors alert us that more than the stated number of guests are on premises or a noise disturbance has occurred, we reserve the right to cancel any existing reservation immediately 6)You must have valid govt ID, phone number and address on file. 7)We are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables during your stay. We cannot be responsible for any items left behind. There will be a minimum $100 handling fee for returning requested items to you. Shipping and packaging will be charged at cost. Items will be kept for 5-days. After which time they will be donated at management discretion. 8)Pre-approved late check-out (up until noon only) is $50; please send us a request at least 2 hours before your check-out time so we can check our availability and notify our cleaner. 9)Please let us know if something needs our attention at check-in, or any time during your stay. If we don't know about it, we can't fix it! =) It is highly recommended that guest purchase trip cancellation/interruption insurance in case of emergency/bad weather etc. as NO REFUNDS/EXCEPTIONS outside of our stated cancellation policy will be given unless there is a mandatory evacuation in our area. Please check what your credit card covers. You can also visit the Insure My Trip website for insurance options. We are committed to protecting our properties which is why we've partnered with Know Your Guest, the leading vacation rental guest-screening provider. Please note that before your booking begins, you will need to verify your details through Know Your Guest. Without this verification we reserve the right to cancel your booking. You will also be given the choice between paying a refundable deposit of $500.00 or buying a non-refundable damage waiver. of $35.00 We suggest you buy the damage waiver as this protects you in case you cause accidental damage during a booking .
