Cleaning & Sanitization Procedures We take cleanliness and safety seriously to ensure a comfortable experience for all guests. Between each meeting or event, our team thoroughly cleans and sanitizes the St. Johns Meeting Room, including: • Disinfecting all tables, chairs, and high-touch surfaces (door handles, light switches, and AV equipment). • Vacuuming and tidying the space to maintain a fresh environment. • Sanitizing shared items such as the whiteboard markers and remote controls. • Refreshing the room setup according to your event’s needs. Additionally, hand sanitizer stations are available throughout the hotel, and we can provide extra sanitizing wipes upon request. Your health and comfort are our priority!
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
