About the Space
A 78 square meter Open-plan studio space with 6m high ceilings and skylight windows, allowing for plenty of natural light. Located in the iconic Tram Depot, 3' walk from Clapton station. The studio has a fully-equipped kitchen and workspace/makeup area. There's a shared bathroom within the unit. Additional surfaces, seats and photography backdrops, accessories are provided for free. Available photography equipment at extra charge (check the list below) Ideal for photoshoots, small events, and workshops.

General Rules
- No smoking inside the unit, but you can use the designated areas for smoking in the building's terrace area.
- Outside catering is allowed. There's two coffee shops located in the building.
- No access to the private studios located within the unit. Only the open-plan studio space, shared bathroom, and building terrace are permitted for use with the booking.
- Furniture can be moved around to facilitate the booking's needs, but should always be kept free from damages

Security cameras and recording devices
There's a CCTV system throughout the estate and one CCTV inside the premises, covering the open-plan studio space and the storage room.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space, including all surfaces, dishes and silverwear. Frequent cleaning of storage space and equipment. Garbage removal and new lining to bins.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
