About the Space
We have a very unique Farmhouse 16 miles outside of NYC. The property sits on parklike 6 acres with lots of cool features. There is original barn that is in its original state. Plenty of woods and cool out coves and accessory buildings. We have bee hives, vegetable garden, rock garden and a trail through the woods. There is a large front yard and a bigger back yard. There is also a 1960 refurbished Airstream on the property. The house is a 4 bedroom traditional farm house with a cooks kitchen and original dining room with working fireplace. The space can be rented as a whole or just outside or inside.

Guests are expected to clean as they go. Garbage bins will be provided in designated areas. If kitchen is being used it is expected to be returned to load in condition.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
