About the Space
Located in Bee Cave, TX, our clubhouse offers the idea space to host family and friends to celebrate your life events! NCLUDED IN YOUR BOOKING: - Seating for up to 18 - 2 Round Tables with 4 chairs each - TV (guests need to bring own HDMI cable, and TV must be left on mute) - Kitchenette with sink, dishwasher, and mini fridge - Fireplace - Wifi Hosts are allowed to bring in their own food/ drinks. No food services are provided onsite. Pets, confetti, amplified music (DJ, karaoke, etc.) and smoking are not permitted in the space at any time. Please note that all set up and clean time should be included in your reservation time. Please see rules section for additional information.

Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
