Modern Home with Red Brick and Large Open Layout

This home is great for gatherings/events, photo/video shoots, ceremonies/workshops, business meetings, and regular meeting space. With wide open spaces, beautiful lighting, flowy layout, and beautiful open walls for photo backdrops. The house is on a half acre, along with every house in the neighborhood. Each custom built. This one being born in 1963, but recently renovated. With the original red brick from 1963 on the front of the house, and white pillars lining the front covered porch. Set up with modern rocking chairs and a small table to enjoy some tea or a joint out front. Let me know if you's like an ash tray for your event. Enjoy your party without worrying about noise. The large property allows for loud music or loud gatherings in the home without bothering neighbors. Just please keep the doors shut after 8pm to ensure the noise stays inside. During the Vegas summer time, keep the doors shut at all times as the house will get hot very quickly due to extreme heat. Close the door behind you especially when bringing things in to set up. You will for sure want to enjoy a cool home. All main rooms like office, dining, kitchen, living room and family room are all big and open. In the kitchen, living, and family room, there you’ll find that original brick again. Creating that New York flat type of feel, accompanied by a modern boho farmhouse vibe. There are floor to ceiling windows in the front rooms located in the dining room and office. There is a 75 inch Samsung TV with surround sound located in the living room. Bluetooth connection to surround sound from phone or other source. French doors in the living and family room bringing in light and open vibes. Any furniture can be moved and or removed with permission prior to booking. We can create the space as you'd like it for an event or shoot. Or you can move as you please during, just please put back where you found it upon leaving. A piano can be available upon request. I have a dancer's pole that can be installed if needed for event (goes in front of the mirror by the piano. Which the piano can be moved.) I have a giant beautiful mosaic glass mirrored chair that can sit in front of the pole or anywhere in the house for shoots or event. All items I have are available upon request and we can set them up. The backyard is off limits unless approved. The back house through the double wooden doors is completely off limits. There is a beautiful office space with a raisable desk and sitting area across the table. This table can be used for anything you'd like. It was once decorated to make baby onsies for a baby shower as you can see in the photo. Also a dining table in the dining room (seats 4) and raised bar seating in the kitchen (seats 2). These can be decorated and used to your liking. Aside from these 3 tables, I can prove another 5 rectangle tables and 1 round table, as seen in the photos. The kitchen is not for personal use (cooking, using main fridge, drawers, cabinets, etc.) It is off limits. There are two mini fridges available for use for drinks or food. Please clean up after. If you need to use the main fridge, please speak with me about it prior to book so we can accommodate the space needed. There are mirrors in every room throughout the whole space. Beautiful modern minimalistic decor and lots of greenery. There’s a wet bar in the family room with a mini fridge. The other mini is in the kitchen. The sink in the wet bar is turned off. It can turn off if need be. Let me know. A beautiful comfy ivory sectional couch in the living room faces the TV and fireplace. Please no food on the couch; help us keep it nice. This couch can be removed if you need more open space. A beautiful original fire place in the living room but NOT for use of lighting fires. Great for photo shoots and even for holiday pictures. Setting up presents or even used as seating. 1 half bath available in the space. There is tons of parking located on property. About 5 cars can fit in the round about out front. There is endless parking on the street in front of the houses. The host is a professional photographer and took all the professional photos for the baby shower event as well as the regular listing photos. She is available for hire to take setup pictures or event photos. Contact her via text. She also designed and setup the whole baby shower and can do so for a fee if you'd like any help or to hire for your event. Decor can be left in office, bookshelf, entry way counter, bar top, etc, or decor can be removed so you can utilize all counter spaces. Please let me know what you'd like so I can remove everything prior to arrival. I will be posting photos of the house with decor so you have an idea what it looks like prior to an event. The 2 white teddy lounge couches in front of the bookshelf will not ever be available for events. This space will be open.
