A flexible 15,000 SF outdoor courtyard in DTLA designed for creative, cultural, and community-driven events. The space functions as a blank canvas that can support a wide range of formats including brand activations, markets, launch events, networking mixers, workshops, dinners, screenings, music programming, and private gatherings. The courtyard has previously hosted large-scale community events, creative programming, music gatherings, markets, and cultural activations. The space is best suited for organizers looking for an adaptable environment with strong indoor/outdoor flow potential and a more raw, industrial DTLA character rather than a traditional banquet or hospitality venue. Rental includes access to the courtyard, existing power infrastructure for standard event use, and on-site venue coordination support. Please note: * This is a blank-canvas outdoor venue; furniture, rentals, decor, AV, and production equipment are not included * Restroom access is not included for courtyard-only rentals. Organizers are responsible for providing portable restrooms and any required servicing for larger events * Security, permits, COI, event staffing, and cleanup may be required depending on event format and guest count * Events with amplified music, alcohol service, public/ticketed admission, or 300+ guests require additional operational review and custom pricing approval * Instant booking is disabled to ensure operational fit for each event We welcome thoughtful, well-organized events and are happy to discuss custom configurations for larger activations and community programming.

Cancellation Policy

Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
