To maintain a pristine and inspiring environment, we follow a structured cleaning process. While we hire a professional cleaning company for a deep clean every week, we kindly ask guests to follow these basic cleaning steps after their booking: Guest Cleaning Responsibilities Before leaving, please ensure the following: General Tidiness – Return the space to its original condition. Remove any decorations, props, or personal items. Furniture & Equipment – If you moved furniture, restore it to its original placement. Trash Disposal – Gather all trash and dispose of it in the designated bins. If bins are full, please tie the bags and leave them in the designated disposal area. Kitchen Area – If you used the kitchen, clean up spills, wipe down surfaces, and remove any food or beverages. Floors – Sweep up any visible debris or spills to keep the space presentable. Restroom – Ensure the bathroom is left in a clean state with no excessive mess. Once a week, our hired cleaning team performs a deep clean, including: ✔ Thorough floor cleaning (sweeping, mopping, vacuuming) ✔ Sanitization of high-touch surfaces, including tables, chairs, and door handles ✔ Deep cleaning of the kitchen and bathroom areas ✔ Dusting and polishing of all surfaces ✔ Trash removal and restocking of essentials
