For more information as well as for special needs (e.g. special light or sound effects), further wishes and/or for additional material (such as stage elements, dance floor), space (such as wardrobe) please contact us in advance. Fire-hazardous actions, as well as other actions that cause fire or smoke, can only be carried out with the consent of the management or a person authorized by the management. The consent must be requested at least 4 weeks before the start of the contract. Due to the acoustic conditions, the maximum volume level of 80dB(A) may not be exceeded in the studio. Exceptions are only possible by prior arrangement. During the use of the room, you must treat the place with care and make sure that you leave it as clean as you found them. If the room is left dirty or the material is damaged, we reserve the right to charge additional fees according to Article 6 of the General Terms and Conditions. The full hourly rate will be charged and invoiced for each hour added to the original booking.
