To maintain a clean and welcoming space for all guests, we ask that you follow these simple cleaning guidelines: ✔ Return the space as you received it – Arrange all furniture and equipment back to their original positions. ✔ Trash removal – All trash must be collected and taken to the designated dumpster before leaving. ✔ Broom-finish condition – Sweep up any debris or spills to ensure the space is left tidy. ✔ Wipe down surfaces – Clean tables, countertops, and high-touch areas after use. ✔ No leftover food or decorations – Please remove all personal items, catering supplies, and decorations before departure. Our team will handle deep cleaning and sanitization, but failure to follow these guidelines may result in additional cleaning fees. Thank you for keeping our space beautiful for the next guests!
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
