About the Space
Our space is great for any creator looking to get unique content to build their brand. Whether it’s our super realistic jail set or our led room we have something to bring your idea to life! Our jail set features a working toilet to add to the realism and with the black out room your vision can go as far as your creativity can reach! Trying to add edge to a video? Look no further we got you covered with our hand painted graffiti room.

3 cars can fit in the space we provide to the left of the building. Large lot in close proximity to the studio.

Security cameras and recording devices
We have cameras in all common areas and outside of the building. There are no cameras in the bathroom.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
The space is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected between bookings.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
