Our Cleaning Process We take cleanliness and hygiene seriously to ensure a comfortable and professional environment for all guests. • Thorough Cleaning Before & After Each Booking – The space is deep-cleaned, including floors, surfaces, and high-touch areas. • Sanitization of Equipment & Furniture – Photography equipment, seating, and common areas are disinfected between uses. • Restrooms & Kitchen Maintained – Freshly stocked with essentials and cleaned regularly. • Trash Removal & Air Circulation – We dispose of all waste after each booking and ensure proper ventilation. Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
