About the Space
Our Backlot Facade is great for music videos, influencers, dancers, photographers, daytime events and much more! You can use it as a backdrop for your next video, a beach town, condos, strip mall or western. Feel free to paint it any color that you'd like, all the doors open and function so you can cut on the action of someone entering a building and we have swinging Ivy walls to bookend the scene and block our industrial gates. Come be creative and enjoy the space. We look forward to working with you!

We kindly ask the guests to return everything in the space to its original condition. We space out our bookings so we have time to properly clean and disinfect before each booking.
Cancellation Policy
Very Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 24 hours before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Bookings cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
