Street parking. Please do not block any driveways around the building - you will be subjected to towing. Make sure to take note of any loading zones and parking signs in the area.

-Be respectful of the studio space. -The cleaning fee does not cover general cleaning up after your shoot. This is your responsibility. This includes returning furniture to its original location, removing ALL of the garbage and taking it with you, sweeping up excess dirt/debris and wiping up any spills that took place while you were there. -We’re not responsible for the personal property of renters or guests used during and anything left after reservation. -Please have your own liability insurance. -You agree to comply and make all guests and or representatives responsible as well. Agree to leave The Studio and surrounding property in the same condition as when you arrived. Booking instructions (sent prior to rental) must be followed, photos sent as instructed. Failure to do so will result in additional fees. -Use lighting and equipment for its intended purpose only. -You must include set-up, tear down and clean up time during your rental. Other photographers will be right behind you on the schedule, be courteous and have the area ready for them. Do not go over your scheduled session time. -Clean up after yourself and leave the studio how you would expect to find it. This includes taking garbage out, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming and wiping down props and equipment as needed. -Use of open flames (e.g. candles, oil lamps) and/or pyrotechnics are strictly prohibited in the studio. -Our studio is a non-smoking environment. No smoking inside of the studio at anytime. -No glitter, smoke-bombs, or smoke machines allowed in the studio. -Absolutely no nails or pins in the walls or backdrops. You must use putty, command hooks or gentle tape if you need to hang items. You are 100% liable for any damages to the studio during your session. -Report any damages, repairs or maintenance needed immediately to management. If it is reported by the following person you may be held responsible for the damages. -Do not drag props and furniture across the floors. Pick them up and move them properly to avoid damaging the studio. Return all items to their original location when finished. -NO PETS are allowed in the studio. Service animals are welcome with the certificate. -Maximum capacity for the studio is 5 people -Please be courteous to other residents of the building, no large groups coming and going, no loud music. All activities other than load and unload must remain in the studio. Absolutely nothing can be stored or set up in hallways or common areas. -Any and all equipment that is damaged or broken will be replaced at 1.5 x’s the retail price. ---PLEASE use caution. Do not stand on furniture provided by the studio. -You are liable for all equipment and furniture on premises.
