We take cleanliness seriously to ensure a pristine and professional environment for every guest. After each booking, licensed professional cleaners are brought in to thoroughly clean and sanitize the space. Our Cleaning Process Includes: • Deep Cleaning: All high-touch surfaces, furniture, and floors are meticulously cleaned. • Sanitization: Kitchens, bathrooms, and frequently used areas are disinfected with professional-grade products. • Trash Removal: Any remaining waste is properly disposed of to maintain a tidy space. • Floor Care: Floors are swept, mopped, and vacuumed to keep the space spotless. We ask that guests leave the space as they found it and remove any excessive trash to avoid additional cleaning fees. Our goal is to provide a well-maintained, comfortable, and production-ready setting for your needs.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
