Event Space Pricing Breakdown Rental Rates: Weekend (Friday–Sunday): $1,500 per day Weekday (Monday–Thursday): $200 per hour Additional Fees: Cleanup Fee: $200 (Refundable after a satisfactory inspection post-event) Deposit: $200 (Non-refundable; applied toward the total balance) Our new location in Norwalk, CT, is a versatile and dynamic space designed for creativity, collaboration, and community. With an open-concept layout that accommodates up to 300 people, this space is perfect for events, workshops, and gatherings of all kinds. One of our standout features is the multimedia room, a fully adaptable environment built for video production, podcasting, and any other creative projects we bring to life. Whether it’s content creation, live streaming, or brainstorming sessions, this room is designed to support innovation and storytelling. For added convenience, our space includes a kitchenette and a bathroom, ensuring comfort for everyone who visits. Plus, we’re centrally located—just steps away from the Norwalk bus station, the Norwalk Public Library, and several great food spots, making it easy to access and enjoy the surrounding area. At our new space, we’re creating more than just a workspace—we’re building a hub for innovation, creativity, and community engagement. Health and Safety Measures

We have staff come in and sweep and mop our space. They also disinfect the seats and tables as well.

Cancellation Policy

Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
