About the Space
The studio is a 240 square feet and rectangular in shape and has three distinct areas for photography, meetings and creative workshops. Photography Layout: - One end of the studio has a window with beautiful natural lighting, while the opposite end of the studio provides more controlled light for flash photography. The middle of the room can be configured to give you a nice mix of both lighting scenarios. Blackout curtains are available to control light as needed. For Meetings & Creative Hangouts: -

Parking description
There is ample free parking in a lot attached to the building, in addition to nearby on the street.
General Rules
Maximum of 15 guests can be in the space. Smoking is prohibited in and within 100ft of the building.
Ages 21+
Security cameras and recording devices
There are video security cameras put in place by the leasing company in all common/lobby spaces in the building, in addition to one video camera in the studio in the corner. All cameras will be on and run 24/7 for security reasons.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Health and Safety Measures
The space is properly cleaned with disinfectants (floors and surfaces) after each rental.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
