The cabin is a 3 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom log cabin built in 1976 with many of the original doors and fixtures intact. It has an off-grid feel while having amenities like heat, A/C and WIFI. The cabin has a covered porch on the front and all the way down the left side of the house. There is an uncovered section to the porch as well which allows for better sunlight if desired. The front yard is essentially a big parking lot (paved) which allows for easy load-in and load-out of people and equipment in all seasons. There's additional parking available down the road as well which is available to anyone (though it is rarely in use as the cabin is rather remote). The area is very quiet with very little road traffic and no foot traffic from neighbors. The state forest is directly across the road from the cabin and is available for exploration, there is a lovely brook just down into the forest. The backyard has nice views of the mountains in the distance, lots of trees and a large stone fire pit. There is a working wood stove in the living room. Most of the furniture in the cabin is vintage and has been sourced with the cabin's woodsy, 70s vibe in mind. There is a huge harvest table with benches in the dining area. The basement is unfinished with a concrete floor and would be acceptable for storing equipment during a shoot

The space is clean & it is a private residence in a remote area so there is not a lot of human contact other than those in your cohort.
