About the Space
Step into Rayat's Work Studio, a prime location for your workshops, just a 4-minute walk from Wellesley TTC. This 380 sq. ft. studio, situated on the second floor of a beautifully restored historic building, comfortably accommodates up to 20 people with a ceiling height of 100 inches. Our space features 3 industrial workbenches and 12 padded chairs arranged around standard-height tables, ensuring a comfortable and functional environment for your sessions. The studio's customizable industrial ceiling lights allow you to set the perfect ambiance with various color temperatures. Enhance your presentations with our 42-inch 4K TV, paired with an adjustable wall mount for optimal viewing angles. Additionally, a cleaning station at the entrance is available for brushes, trays, and hands, along with storage for supplies to keep everything organized. We ensure our Work Studio is always clean and ready for every session. Before and after each booking, we sanitize all surfaces, including tables, workbenches, and high-touch areas. Chairs are checked and cleaned, and floors are vacuumed and mopped to keep the space fresh. Any shared equipment or tools are disinfected and neatly stored after use. Trash and recycling bins are emptied regularly, and deep cleaning is done routinely to maintain a welcoming and organized environment.
Cancellation Policy
Very Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 24 hours before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Bookings cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
